After years of working with agencies, here are a few of the conclusions I’ve come to:

Nothing makes me happier than seeing a client’s face light up after not only creating something beautiful, but seeing how well it performs and connects with their audience.
Nothing frustrates me more than agencies inflating their estimates just because they can. With a degree in business ethics, I know that the best wins happen when we all succeed.
Marketing is complex, except when it’s not. Sometimes the simplest solutions produce the best results.
People appreciate the punchline. Respectful and direct communication makes everything easier.
